Enjoy Free Delivery for orders placed above $40. For orders placed below $40, a $4 delivery fee will be charged.

• Delivery and Delivery Time Frame

We are committed to continually strive for customer satisfaction in the products we deliver and the services we provide. Our AscenShoppe Delivery Team delivers your purchases to your doorsteps.

Please kindly enter the time slots and date that you are available or we should avoid delivering your purchase to you via the shipping address at the customer notes upon checkout. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow ample time for orders to arrive. We will try our best to deliver your purchase to you as per your requested time-frame. We seek your understanding when we are unable to meet certain requested time-frame.

The delivery time frame is from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Fridayand there will be no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. However, special delivery on weekends may be arranged for orders above $150, please contact Ascenshoppe team to schedule. Any order place after the cut-off time will be brought forward to the next subsequent working day. Order place on any Friday after cut-off time, will be consider orders received on the next working day. For order place on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be considered orders received on the following working day.

The daily ordering Cut-off time is at 4.00 pm. Any changes, additional or cancellation of item(s) must be done within 12 hours (business days) after cut off time. These changes can be done by contacting our Ascenshoppe Team at info@ascenshoppe.com.sg or drop us an email on contact us or call us on 6364 0904.

Please ensure that you or your appointed receiving party is present during our delivery of your purchase to your shipping address. We will give you a call before delivering your purchases to inform you. During the absences of receiving party upon our delivery, your purchases shall then be re-delivered to you however; delivery time and date would have to be rescheduled. Hence, delivery of purchase may be delayed.

We offer Cash on Delivery payment method. Now you don’t have to go through the trouble to set up an online transaction accounts or continuously keep tracking your online spending. Pay us on the spot when you receive your purchase. Any refund can be optioned to receive via bank transfer or credited to your Ascenshoppe account for your next shopping with us for free!

We only accept Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• Paypal

We offer Paypal payment method. Any refund will be made to your Paypal account and a refund admin fee may be imposed by Paypal. However, you may choose to credit your refunds to your Ascenshoppe account for your next shopping with us for free!
